Shipping & Delivery Terms:
To provide you with a fast and dependable delivery service, we dispatch all items using a specified courier based on your order and location. Your shipment will be delivered within 5-7 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse using this service.
Within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase being shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number, the courier company’s website address, and the estimated delivery date. It may take up to 24 business hours for the tracking number of orders sent to appear on the courier company’s website.
Customers must share a complete address, including the flat and street number, pin code/zip code, and correct contact information, as well as a valid email address, in order to have proper means of communication.
Customers are urged to seek address changes or order changes before the order ships from our warehouse or within 24 hours of placing orders, or two-way courier charges will be applied to the client.
- Return requests or complaints must be sent within 10 days of the package's original delivery date. Any quality flaws should be documented with photographs and an explanation of the situation.
- Returns must be complete, unopened, and in their original packing and tags.
